What type of video equipment do you use?
I use Canon professional video cameras capable of multiple audio inputs and infrared recording for low light situations, multiple microphones from standard lapel mics to shotgun mics, multiple lighting systems for indoor or outdoor locations, and teleprompters for scripted presentations. We also Canon DSLR cameras capable of still photos or videos, and a green screen for special effects. Sorry, no drones are used due to recent FAA regulations, however we will hire a drone provider if required! We do NOT use or recommend smartphones for videos due to the lower video resolution and poor audio results!
What video format is used for your videos?
I use the industry standard MP4 video format, which provides the best viewing experience for the Internet (websites, social media, or email) videos!
Is a script required?
Yes, a script is required. I can write the script, however, I recommend you write the script as you are most knowledgeable of your business or non-profit organization. I can review and make modifications if needed with your approval! A script is required to provide a smooth and compelling story of your business or non-profit for your target audience!

Yes, I have liability insurance up to $1 million!
What are your costs?
Our costs are very reasonable and will be discussed before we start your project! My basic fee is $50 per hour for commercial customers, however I offer discounts for non-profits, governments, and individuals! Extra costs for traveling outside of Larimer County plus for extra services such as script writing or consulting on projects or marketing services! I recommend always ask for 3 quotes from different producers for any of your projects!
What is involved in a video project?
Our first meeting discusses the goals and detail requirements of your project, then we create an agenda for your review and if satisfied, we create a contract for your approval, then schedule shooting your project at your convenience!

Is a contract required?
Yes, a contract specifying the video requirements and the costs are required! 50% is required for the down payment with the remaining 50% after your video has been delivered! I take credit or debit cards or business or non-profit checks, but won’t start any project until payment has been received!

You can cancel up to one week before we start your project without any cancellation fees! After that time, cancellation fees may be implemented and your refund will occur within 10 days!
Can my video be posted on any video or social media channel?
Yes, we can post your videos on our Vimeo video service and linked to your website or to your social media services!
