If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users visiting our website, we also store the personal information they provide in our reviews. I can also see and edit that information, but will be deleted if their info is deleted.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

By default, our WordPress software does not collect any personal data about visitors. However some of our plugins may collect personal data such as our advertisements which would include number of hits, but not your personal info.

Other Data We Collect
I review contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes except with your permission for our testimonials.

I do collect website metrics via Google Analytics and Webalyzer software, but only in recording number of visitors, what cities visit our website, and how many and what webpages are visited on a monthly basis.
I do use security software that records IP addresses and locations of users who violate Federal regulations or try to hack our website, which is automatically reported back to our ISP and in some cases, federal authorities.
